When and how does content become unsynced?
You’ll know that content has become unsynced when this icon appears at the upper right when viewed in the word processor.
This means that when the last update was proposed for this content, you chose one of the following options:

Skip this update: lets you ignore the current update, but future updates will still be shown to you.

Skip this update and future updates: lets you ignore all updates for this content until you decide otherwise
How do I resync content ?
If you chose ‘Skip this update’, the content will automatically resync the next time there is an update available, that update will be proposed to you and you can decide to apply it.
If you chose ‘Skip this update and future updates’, or if you have changed your mind and want to apply the update you ignored, just click on ‘Update’ in the dropdown list.
