Possible causes
If you can no longer access XaitProposal despite several attempts, it is likely that your account has been blocked. There are two possible reasons for this:
- Your account was blocked automatically after too many unsuccessful login attempts.
- Your account was blocked manually by an administrator.
Unblocking your account
To unblock your account, please contact your administrator, who is the only one authorized to do this.
NB: Once your account is unblocked, we recommend that you change your password before logging in again by clicking on the 'Forgotten password' link on the home page.
