Possible causes
If you are unable to access your XaitProposal site, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- You are not connected to the Internet
- Your site is experiencing a problem or is undergoing maintenance
- You have entered the wrong access codes
- Your account does not exist or is blocked
Identifying the source of the problem
To find out what is preventing you from connecting, please follow the steps below.
- Check that you are connected to the Internet
Open your usual browser and type https://www.google.com in the address bar.
- If you are connected to the Internet, you will see the Google home page.
- If you are not connected to the Internet, you will see an error message, as in the image below.

If your browser displays this error message, please contact your IT department to resolve the problem.
- Determine whether the problem is linked to the site or to your account

- Determine the cause of the site's inaccessibility
If the error message reads 'Site under maintenance', it is likely that access to the site has been interrupted for maintenance or updating.
To be sure, and to find out how long the service will be interrupted, please contact your Support representative.
If the error message corresponds to one of the captures below:

- Try accessing the page from another workstation, then:
- if the problem does not recur on the other workstation, contact your IT department.
- if the problem recurs on both workstations, contact your support representative.
- Determining the cause of the connection failure
Start by checking that there have been no errors in entering your access codes: carefully reread the username you entered and press the button to check your password.
