What is a contributor in XaitProposal?
A contributor is a person who works in XaitProposal as part of the collaborative work module. A contributor can be requested to write or validate content, within existing masters or proposals.
Except for the proposals and masters on which they are solicited, this person cannot use XaitProposal.
Once all tasks on a given document have been completed, the contributor will only be able to access that document in read mode, depending on the access rights granted to him.
How to create a contributor account?
The creation of a contributor account is only possible in the task creation interface, by a user.
To do this, simply enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to solicit in the 'For' field. If this person already has an account, their information will automatically be updated. If not, fields will appear, and must be completed to create the contributor's account.
Once the account is created, the contributor receives an email asking him to activate his account. He can then access the tasks assigned to him.
NB: Once the 'For' field completed, if you see the message "Only a person with XaitProposal access can be assigned a task", this means that you are not allowed to create a contributor account. If you wish to have this possibility, we invite you to contact your administrator.
