Identify whether there is an issue
When content visible in the word processor is missing from the PDF export, this may be for one of the following reasons:
- The export was done before the changes were saved.
- An error is preventing the export of one or more parts of the document.
You can easily identify the first case by looking at the 'Save' button at the top left-hand side of your page. If there is an asterisk beside it, it means that the changes were not saved.
In this case, we recommend that you manually save and then export the document again when the confirmation message saying 'Saved' is shown.
