If you're experiencing issues exporting your document to PDF, consider the following common scenarios:
Required level missing
When a required title is missing, the following message appears:
By clicking “Correct”, the “Errors tracking” mode is automatically activated. It highlights in orange the sections of your document where required titles are missing, both in the left-hand panel and within the word processor.

Issue with Merge Fields Form
If your form contains data in an unsupported format, such as images in .svg or .pdf formats, the PDF export will be blocked
To resolve this:
- Click on the folder icon
in the left-hand menu.
- Browse through the form fields to identify any fields containing images.
- Above the images in the form, click "Delete this image" to remove them, or "Change this image" to replace them with a format supported by XaitProposal: .jpg, .png, or .gif.
- Click Save
, then click on
in the left-hand column to return to the word processor.
- Try exporting again.
