Discover the features of this new version 2.19
Redesign of the outline mode:
The outline mode has been completely redesigned to secure your manipulations, Goal: to guarantee a reliable operation in accordance with your document! (Special thought to teleworkers who have to reorganize a long summary with a touchpad 😉).
Colors legend:

Purple denotes the mandatory title level (related to your layout).

Salmon tones, the levels above the mandatory title

Lighter blue tones, the levels below the mandatory title
Please check the new outline mode in video:
First, select an entire level by highlighting it with a click, which brings up action buttons.
It is then possible to:

Edit its label: to rename the selected title

View its content: to preview the selected part in a new window
– From this window, you can directly edit it in the word processor, using the “edit content” button. -
Copy: to copy the whole selected part. A corresponding block appears on the left side, from which you can:
– Remove it, if you change your mind
– Paste it elsewhere in the plan, in any eligible position, identified by a dotted line. -
Move: to change the location of the selected part in the plan, to any other location identified by a dotted line.

Archive: to archive select the part, which then disappears from the map mode and from your document.
Please note that it is only possible to move the elements between notebooks of a similar nature (“PDF” or “slide notebook” for example).
Tip: You want to move a contact page to the foreground? Then, you have to move the other notebooks down.
New styles made for documents review:
You want to highlight changes to your paragraphs? Now you can apply new styles to the words, such as:

change the font color (red, purple, blue or green)

cross out text
-
underline the text
These changes will affect the exported PDF of your document.
