A new Homepage
With version 2.29, XaitProposal unveils a brand new home page.
The page has been completely redesigned to offer smoother navigation, to make information easier-to-read, and to provide direct access to key content. The aim of this redesign is to improve the user experience by making navigation both simpler, and more intuitive.
The new home page is divided into three main panels:
- The left-hand panel consolidates XaitProposal's main sections for quick access to all its features.
- The central panel, the heart of this new interface, adapts to your role to present you with personalised information.
‘My latest projects’ gives you direct access to your latest PDF, Web or RFI documents.
For each document, you can view the name, path, open date, author and date of last modification.
New features:
- A new function has been added: document search.
- Create a document directly from this space.
‘My latest masters’, if you are a Content Manager, lets you manage your template documents, with an important new feature: the latest publication date is now displayed, so you can be sure that the latest version of your master is available.
‘Tasks in progress’ lists the tasks assigned to you or to other collaborators. ‘Discussions in progress’ lists the discussions on the microsites to which you have access on XaitWebProposal.
- The right-hand panel is dedicated to communication and is divided into two areas. The first displays XaitProposal news and news about your organisation.
The second is a toolbox containing XaitProposal tips, links to your media and access to resources and tools that your Content Managers can update.
Finally, the new home page also includes a system of informative pop-ups alerting you to any maintenances, updates or service interruptions. It's a simple, and effective way of staying in touch with your platform.

Error tracking
The "error tracking" has been improved for greater peace of mind:
• Placement of the missing mandatory title on the relevant level
• Optimization of the editor to reduce the risk of blocked exports
