How to copy/paste a section in the Proposal outline mode

Access the Proposal outline

1. At the top of the left menu, click on 'Outline' tab.

2. The complete outline of your document/master is displayed.

3. The levels are displayed automatically and the required level is highlighted.

Copy/paste a section in Proposal Outline mode

1. Click on the section you want to copy. It will appear highlighted.
2. Click on 'Copy' in the left-hand column.
3. The level copied is shown in the left-hand column.
4. Click on the copied level in the left-hand column, then on the 'Paste' icon to its right.
5. A purple border indicates where you can move the selected part.
6. Click on 'Paste here' to validate the move.
7. Your section is now copied.

For example, here we copied and pasted the chapter 'Introduction' before the chapter 'The offer'. All subchapters, topics and paragraphs under the chapter are copied at the same time.

8. Recording is automatic, then click on 'Content' tab to return to the text editor.

NB:

• Copying a level also copies all the levels that come under it.
• The table of contents of your document/master is automatically updated. The left-hand panel of your word processor also reflects the change.
