New PDF preview
A brand new PDF preview is now available directly in the editor.
- When you open the editor, the preview is displayed by default on the right side of the screen.
- The window can be resized (enlarged or reduced) according to your needs.
- The preview automatically adjusts as you scroll and synchronizes with the document's heading levels.
New controls in the top bar of the preview:
- Update: reloads the preview with the latest changes.
- Open the preview in a new window: ideal for working with a second screen.
- Hanging up the preview: brings the preview back into the main window.
- Download file: quickly exports the document to PDF format.
- Close the preview: hides the preview window.
The “eye” icon is available at the top left of the editor to show/hide the preview at any time.

Document status
Two new statuses have been added: In Progress and Closed.
In Progress:
- Automatically assigned to all existing documents during this update.
- A document in draft form (XX or empty PDF location) or containing errors cannot be closed.
Closed:
- Allows you to mark a document as finalized.
- You can close a document manually by clicking on the status.
- If you modify a closed document, it automatically reverts to In Progress status.
When exporting to PDF, a new modal window prompts you to close the document.
