Your PDF or image is too heavy? To avoid errors, keep in mind that a PDF should not exceed 500 KB and an image should stay under 300 KB.
If needed, you can easily reduce their size with free tools like Smallpdf, TinyJPG or Squoosh: upload your file, compress it with one click, then re-import the optimized version back into XaitProposal.
