PDF attachments in the editor
PDF attachments inserted in the word processor are displayed on a full page and follow their own template. You can insert PDF format documents of one or more pages.
Different ways to insert a PDF attachment
- Place your mouse after the text block where you would like to insert your PDF attachment so that the floating menu appears:
- Select this icon
from the menu: a place for a PDF attachment is created:
Inserting a PDF attachment from your computer
To manually go through your PC files :
- Click the button 'Import from your computer'.
- In the dialogue box, select the PDF file from your computer.
- Click ‘Open’ to close the dialogue box and import the attachment.
You can also take the attachment directly from your computer and drag-and-drop it where you would like it to appear:

Insert a PDF attachment from the knowledge base
- Click ‘Import from the knowledge base’.
- Select the PDF you would like to attach then click ‘Use’ to return to the editor.

Insert a PDF attachment from Google Drive
- Click on the 'Google Drive' button.
- A window opens with your folders.
- Select the desired PDF attachment, then click on 'Select' to return to the word processor.
