Using the word processing
The word processor is the tool with which you can draft, structure, illustrate and create the form of your document. It is made up of a three-part workspace, each with different options.
Understanding the workspace
Your workspace consists of three columns :
- Left-hand column: lets you access the menu, the search engine, the display options, the outline mode, and displays the document layout.
- The 3 tabs Content, Outline and Layout give you easy access to the commands in the central column:
- Content: Word processing
- Outline: Document map
- Layout: Customize layout
- Central Column: This is the word processing space, the workspace.
- Right-hand column, expandable via the icon
: lets you access specific actions (XX search, comments, collaborative work, instructions, etc.).
