Images in word processing
The images inserted through the word processor are always attached to the text block directly preceding them. The format can be jpeg, png or pdf.
Different ways to insert an image
- Place your mouse below the paragraph requiring an illustration and the floating menu will appear:
- Select this icon
in the menu: a place for an image is created :
Inserting an image from your computer
To manually go through your PC files :
- Click the button ‘Import from your computer’.
- In the dialogue Box, select the image from your computer.
- Click ‘Open’ to close the dialogue box and import the image.
You can also take an image directly from your computer and drag-and-drop it where you would like it to appear:

Inserting an image from the knowledge base
- Click ‘Insert a file’.
- Select "knowledge base"
- Select the image you would like to use then click 'Use' to return to the word processor.

Replacing an image
To replace an image, click on the image you would like to replace so the options appear, or drag-and-drop the new image directly over the old one.
Deleting an image
- Click on the image to be deleted so the toolbar appears.
- Click on this icon

- The image will be archived and you can get it back later should you wish.
