To delete a folder, you must be a Supervisor.
Deleting a folder from XaitProposal means that it will no longer be available and will be permanently deleted.
- Open the folder list by clicking on the 'Files' icon
in the left panel on the homepage.
- In the hierarchy list to the left, click on the highest level of the folder.
- Click on the ‘Filter’ icon
and tick ‘Archived’
to show archived folders.
- Select the folder you would like to delete by ticking the box
.
- Click ‘Delete’
at the top right of the screen.
- Confirm your choice in the window that opens by clicking ‘Delete’.
- The list of folders is displayed again and the deleted folder no longer appears on it.
