It is possible to move a folder to another group to which you have access.
- Open the folder list by clicking on the 'Files' icon
in the left panel on the homepage.
- In the hierarchy list to the left, click on the highest folder level.
- In the center of the screen, select the folder you wish to move by ticking the box
.
- At the top right, click ‘Move’
.
- In the dropdown list ‘Move to’ choose the group/folder where you would like it to be.
- Click 'Move' in the window that opens to confirm your choice.
You can:
- Move your folder to a root group
- Move your folder into another folder
- Move your folder to a subfolder
NB:
- All the documents in the folder will automatically be moved with the file.
- All the assigned work in progress on the documents selected will be automatically cancelled.
- You can also move subfolders in this same way.
- You may cancel this move by clicking 'Cancel' before you click 'Move'.
