How to delete a document

To delete a document, you must be a Supervisor.

Deleting a document from XaitProposal means that it will no longer be available and will be permanently deleted.

1. Archive the document that you would like to delete. Click here to view the full article: How to archive a document
2. Click on the ‘Filter’ icon  and tick ‘Archived’ to show archived documents.
3. Select the document you would like to delete by ticking the box . 
4. Click ‘Delete’ at the top right of the screen. 
5. Confirm your choice in the window that opens by clicking ‘Delete’.
