Filter groups and folders
The hierarchy list in the left-hand column automatically sorts by the highest level group you have access to.
- Place your cursor in the search filter at the top left.
- Enter the key-word(s) for the filter
- The filter will apply to all groups you belong to
- This concerns only the titles of groups and folders
- The results include all the groups and folders that use at least one of the key-words.
- The groups and folders containing the key-word(s) appear in the hierarchy list to the left highlighted in purple.
- To stop filtering, click on the X at the far right on the filter search bar.
Filter folders and documents
- Click on the filter icon
at the top left of the center screen.
- The filter window opens.
- Fill in the fields with the filters you wish to use.
The options for filtering folders and documents are:
- Initial, version or model document: Select the document type.
- Name of folder/document: Enter the key-words for the filter here.
- Created by: Select an author from the list of users who have access to the group in question.
- Modified by: Select an author from the list of users who have access to the group in question.
- Source master: Select a master from the dropdown list.
- Source document: Select a document from the list of documents proposed.
- Date created: Indicate when the document was created.
- Date modified: Indicate when the document was modified.
- Status: Indicate here whether the document is active or archived.
- Draft: Indicate whether the document is still marked as a DRAFT.
- Date archived: Indicate when the document was archived.
NB: The filter criteria are cumulative.
