Select the group that the folder belongs to
The list automatically goes to the highest level of the group that you have access to. To select the group where you want to navigate, click on the hierarchy list to the left, then select your group.
For example, here the highest group level is the group 'Jack’:
Understanding the list of folders
- Hierarchy list of groups in which the folders are located: displays all of the parent groups.
- Shortcut button to quickly create a new folder in the group selected / Shortcut button to quickly create a new document in the folder created/selected.
- Search filter: the filter applies to all of the documents under the group.
- Parameters: option to display additional columns – ‘Source master, Source master modified on, Source document, DRAFT, Description’.
- Buttons to select folders/documents.
- Buttons to move selected documents/folders, archive them, restore them, export the list of documents and delete them permanently.
- Path to the folder shown: the group it belongs to, then the list of parent folders.
- Filter by elements shown in the center screen.
Navigating the list of folders
- To change group, click on the hierarchy list to the left:
- Use the arrows to view the subgroups and folders.
- To return to the parent group/folder, click on the name in the hierarchy list to the left.
