Different types of content
The word processor allows for three types of content:
- Text.
- Images.
- PDF attachments.
All content can be inserted between two blocks, using the floating menu :
This lets you:
- Add an image using the 'Image' icon ⇒
- Create text content using the 'T' icon or the dropdown menu for 'Level'⇒
- Add a PDF attachment using the 'Attachment' icon ⇒
- Include text from the knowledge base using the 'Insert text from the KB' icon ⇒
Structure for text content
Text content is organized according to the following hierarchy:
- Notebook = a PDF file including a cover page
- Section = title level
- Chapter = title level
- Sub-chapter = title level
- Topic = title level
- Paragraph = text content
We strongly recommend that you follow this structure to make your document clear and readable.
- You can modify this structure, for example, by deleting a title level.
- You cannot modify the hierarchy, such as by inserting a subchapter under a Topic.
NB: According to the parameters set for your layout, it is important that you follow the required title level. See the full article here: 'How to export a complete PDF document ?'
Images and PDF attachments
Images depend on the mandatory level, just like text content.

PDF attachments are not organized according to the content hierarchy. They can be inserted after any level as long as they are located in a notebook.
