- Open the folder list by clicking on the 'Files' icon
in the left panel on the homepage.
- The information automatically shown is: folder/document name, author, date created, who modified it and the date modified.
- Use the arrows
at the top of each column to sort the list.
You can add the following criteria by clicking on the ‘Parameters’ icon from the lefthand menu:
- Source master for the document
- Date source master was updated
- Source document for the document
- DRAFT documents
- Description (indicated in the folder/document form)
