You must be a ‘Knowledge-base manager’ to manage content shared in the knowledge base (outside of your personal space)

Click on the ‘open book’
icon on the left panel of the home page .
- Select ‘Q&A’ in the filters at the top of the page and only content shared from a questionnaire will be shown.
- Your KB shows all of the pooled answers, and the format of the source they’re shared from: a spreadsheet (Excel) or a document (Word) Your KB shows all of the pooled answers, and the format of the source they’re shared from: a spreadsheet (Excel) or a document (Word)
- To view the content, click on the ‘i' button in the right-hand column and the attributes of that answer are shown. The name and the description are generated automatically and we recommend that you not change them as they make it possible to do ‘plain text’ searches for all the terms used in the answer.
- You can:

- Choose the tags
- Change the group
- Designate a person responsible for the task and a date for completion
- Archive the answer, in which case it will no longer be suggested in subsequent questionnaires
