This article is about the Questions & Answers function (Q&A) in XaitProposal. Check with your administrator to see if your service includes this option.
You can export the Q&A document as a PDF at any point, whether or not the questionnaire is completed.
- In the left-hand menu, click on
- Click on the type of notebook you want to export: Q&A Notebook.
- You have a few options for the document:
a. PDF: formatted based on the layout parameters in XaitProposal and your graphic identity.
b. Docx: unformatted Word document, without layout rules applied. It will include the texts and images from the questionnaire. - Click on the button “Export”. This generates a link to the PDF and the DOCX (Word) formats:

- Click on the PDF file to open it. The document opens in a new window.
- Click on the DOCX file to download it to your computer.
