This article is about the Questions & Answers function (Q&A) in XaitProposal. Check with your administrator to see if your service includes this option.
You can fill in a questionnaire by entering the answers yourself or by using information that is already available in the knowledge base.
Manually entering answers
Below the question you are answering, you can:
- Create a new paragraph
- Insert content from the KB
- Insert an image
- Insert a PDF

Inserting a suggested answer from the knowledge base
- Below the question you are answering, click on the button "See answers to similar questions"
- This displays various answers that could match the question. Click on them to view the full content.
- To choose one, select it by clicking on the green check button
- The answer will be included in the word processor.
Inserting content from the knowledge base
- Below the question you are answering, click on the button + then on ‘Insert content from the knowledge base’
- To do a search, enter the key-words in the field ‘Search the resources’ in the left-hand column.
- Click on the answer you would like to see, the ‘i'
button to view its contents .
- If you like that answer, click “Use” and the content will be included in your questionnaire answer.
NB: When inserting content from the knowledge base, be careful what Heading style level it is. If your question is a Sub-chapter heading, it needs to be taken down to Topic or lower.
