The images insertion from the knowledge base (KB)
In the image merge fields from your forms or MCQs, it is now possible to retrieve images from the knowledge base (KB) and not only from your computer. Thus, you can now build a library of the most used logos in the knowledge base (KB).
On the administrator side, when setting up your questionnaire, when several merge fields are associated with a question, it is now possible to change their order of appearance for the editor.
Merge fields search made easier
If you want to include a merge field in your text, your toolbar offers a drop-down list with all the available fields. Simply type a few letters of the help text to find directly the desired merge field.
A new ewport format: Zip
When you export your document, the html export is now optional.
A new format is available: a Zip export that allows you to easily export several PDF notebooks in a single folder.
