Autocorrect uses artificial intelligence technology to optimize your texts. The corrector alerts you to spelling, grammar and typographical errors.
Activate the automatic correction
- In the top right-hand corner of the editor, click on the “Start automatic correction” button
- After a few seconds, any spelling, grammar or typographical errors are underlined in red in the editor.
- Open an affected block, then click on the underlined word. You can :
- Click on the suggested correction, which will be automatically applied to the content.
- Always ignore > the word will be added to your dictionary. The tool will no longer alert you to other occurrences of this term in all your XaitProposal documents.
- Ignore this time > the tool will continue to alert you to other occurrences of this term.
Manage your dictionary
The dictionary is linked to each user account. It can be consulted and modified by all users with the “Correction” option.
- Access your profile by clicking on your name on the bottom left-hand corner of the home page.
- In the left-hand column of your profile, click on “Dictionary”.
- The dictionary contains words or expressions for which you have voluntarily chosen to ignore correction while editing documents.
- To add a new term to your dictionary, so that it is not suggested in error by the corrector in your documents, click on “Add a word”.
- This dictionary is personal, but you can share it by exporting it. It is also possible to import an external list in .txt format, with one line per word to be included in the dictionary.
