Definition:
When you put a microsite online, you can track indicators that enable you to see and analyze the number of clicks and measure its impact.
This tool enables you to see for each microsite you put online :
- total number of connections,
- total number of pages viewed (Pages, Subpages or Sections displayed in the Menu),
- total number of downloads.
- a list of the most consulted pages and the number of page views,
- a list of the most downloaded documents and the number of downloads.
Access to statistics:
The statistics dashboard is accessible as soon as your microsite has been put online, via the 'follow statistics' icon on your left-hand panel.
If your microsite has never been put online, the icon is not accessible (with a small 'no go' sign when hovering over the icon) and you cannot access the dashboard.

Explanation of the dashboard:
You can select the period for calculating your statistics (from the date of your first online publication to the present day):
Total number of connections: Corresponds to the number of connections to the microsite.
NB: One user connecting to the mini-site is equivalent to one connection per day (even if the user connects to the mini-site several times). However, if the same user reconnects 24 hours later, this counts as a second connection.
Total number of pages viewed: Corresponds to the number of clicks on the microsite pages.
NB: Counting is done for each content displayed in the Menu (Page, subpage or Section) and viewed per user, so if a user views Page 1, then Page 2, then returns to Page 1, this will count as 3 pages viewed. For sections, this will also be counted if the user accesses them by scrolling and not by clicking on the menu.
You can see the details of the pages consulted :
Total number of downloads: This refers to the downloadable documents you've placed on your microsite using the Annexes component.

NB: Statistics continue to accumulate after :
- sending a new version of the microsite,
- after rolling back the validity date.
Statistics counting is stopped as soon as you put your mini-site offline (as your receivers no longer have access to it).
