Once a microsite is online, you can manage its sharing, status, and validity.
- At the top right of the microsite, click on the ‘Publish and Share’ button.
- A window opens. It allows you to perform the following actions:
- Publish a new version online: if you have made changes to your microsite (the URL link remains the same)
- Take offline: it will no longer be accessible, even if other people have the link and password.
- Update the date: increase or reduce the validity of the microsite, which will be automatically taken offline once the date has passed.
- Manage recipients: add or remove recipients, resend password by email.
NB: It is also possible to manage the microsite from the list of folders / microsites. You can see whether the microsite is online or not, its expiry date or share it directly.
