- At the top right of your microsite, click on the green ‘Publish and Share’ button.
- Enter the following information in the window:
- Site name, added to the site URL, cannot be changed once the microsite is online.
- Validity date: once the date has passed, the microsite will be inaccessible.
- List of recipients, internal or external, by entering their email addresses
- Click on ‘Publish and Share’ to activate your microsite.
- A confirmation window will show you:
- The URL link for your microsite
- The validity date of the microsite
- The people with whom it has been shared.
- The people to whom you have shared the microsite will receive 2 separate emails:
- 1 email with the link to the microsite
- 1 email with the password to access it
- The link takes them to an authentication page, where they can enter their password (key) and click on 'Access'.
- The microsite is displayed.
NB:
- The email containing the password is only sent when the site is put online for the 1st time.
- If any XX characters remain in the page, sub-page or section titles, it will not be possible to put your microsite online.
