Go to Document outline
- At the top of the left-hand menu, click on 'the document outline' icon
- The full map of your microsite is displayed.
Display by level
To display the plan by level, click on the drop-down list at the top left of the plan and select the desired display status:
- All level
- Level 1: page level
- Level 2: section or sub-page level
- Level 3: section level
Modify microsite outline
For each level selected, you can:
- Change the label (title): How to rename a section in the Document outline of a microsite?
- Copy/paste a level: How to copy/paste a section in the Document outline of a microsite?
- Moving a level: How to move a section in the Document outline of a microsite?
- Archive a level: How to archive a section in the Document outline of a microsite?
Hide/show level displays
- Click on the 'Hide level indicators' icon
, at the top of the map.
- Level indicators are removed from the map.
3. To restore the level indicators, click on the icon again.
NB:
- All changes made in Document outline will automatically be reflected in the menu and in the word processor.
- The 'Menu'
pictogram in front of the title level indicates that this title is displayed in the menu of your microsite. To change it (display or not), return to the word processor.
- In Document outline, it is not possible to undo the last action performed. Saving is automatic.
