Go to Document outline
- At the top of the left-hand menu, click on the
icon
- The full map of your microsite is displayed.
Copy / paste a level
- Click on the part to be copied. It will be highlighted.
- Click on the 'Copy'
icon to the right of the title.
The copied level is displayed in the left-hand column.
- Click on the copied level in the left-hand column, then on the 'Paste'
icon to its right.
- A pink border indicates where you can paste the selected part.
Click on 'Paste here' to confirm the move.
- Your part is now duplicated.
- Click on 'Back'
to return to the word processor.
NB:
- Any changes made in Document outline will automatically be reflected in the menu and in the word processor.
- If I copy a page, subpage or section level, all the levels below it is also copied and pasted.
