Go to Document outline
- At the top of the left-hand menu, click on the
icon
- The full map of your microsite is displayed.
Archive a level
- Click on the section you wish to archive. It will be highlighted.
- Click on the 'Archive'
icon to the right of the title.
- A confirmation window will open. Confirm archiving by clicking on 'Archive'.
- The level disappears from the map.
Click on 'Back' in the left-hand column to return to the word processor.
NB:
- Archiving a level in ‘Document outline’ considers all the levels that depend on it.
- All modifications made in ‘Document outline’ will be automatically included in the menu and in the word processor.
- In Document outline, it is not possible to undo the last action performed. Saving is automatic.
