Images in word processing
The images inserted through the word processor are always attached to the text block directly preceding them. The format can be jpeg, png or pdf.
Customizing the size of an image
- Click on the image so the toolbar appears.
- Click this icon

- Select the size you would like for your image.
NB: The values expressed as percentages correspond to the width of the paragraph on the page. The way the image appears in the word processor is not representative of the final appearance in the PDF. We recommend exporting a partially complete PDF in order to check images’ size and positions.
Customizing the position of an image
- Click on the image so the toolbar appears.
- Click this icon
- Select where you would like your image to be positioned, in relation to the paragraph above it.
NB: The position is determined in relation to the paragraph directly above the image. The way the image appears in the word processor is not representative of the final appearance as a PDF. We recommend exporting a partially complete PDF in order to check the images’ size and positions.
The different options for positioning visuals and decorating text
* This option is not available in all templates.
Column positioning is reserved for narrow, high images, next to which you wish to repatriate several blocks of text.
Please note: one image cannot dress up another, nor can two images be positioned side by side.
NB: Positioning is relative to the block before the image. The image you see in the text editor is not representative of how it will look on the final PDF. We advise you to generate a partial export to check the positioning and size of your image.
Customize the position of an advanced table
- Click on the advanced table to display the toolbar.
- Click on the button
- Select the positioning you wish to apply to your image.
