Deleting blank pages from a document
Blank pages in a document are automatically included to make it possible to print your document on both sides of the paper. This means that since a separator sheet will always be on the right, the page just before it may be blank.
If you would like to delete these blank pages:
- In the left menu, click on
- Click on the notebook you wish to export to display the global export options.
- Check the 'Without blank pages' box.
- Click on 'Export': a PDF link is generated for each of the sections of your document.
NB: Deleting blank pages may make the final document smaller when you are sending it as a digital document. However, if the recipient will be printing it out, the quality may suffer (impact on which pages are on the left or right and the position of separator sheets).
Before you tick 'Without blank pages', we recommend you consider the final user and how they will use the document.
