Apply a template from the layout customization menu in Format tab
If your graphic layout includes several templates for the other pages of your documents (contacts, letter, summary, etc.), you can change which template is applied.
- On the left-hand menu, click on 'Format' tab, the layout customization page opens.
- In the title of the page to be modified, click on the arrow to show the drop-down list.
- Select the template you wish to apply.
- Click on 'Save' to confirm.
For example here, I have 2 templates available for the Contact page:
NB: 'Default' corresponds to the template applied by default to all documents created with this graphic layout.
Apply a template from the word processor
- Open the title block of the part to be modified
- In front of the title level, click on the arrow to open the drop-down list.
- Select the template you wish to apply.

Modify the template image
If your template includes an editable image, you can change the default image.
- On the left-hand menu, click on 'Format' tab, the layout customization page opens.
- In the title of the page to be modified, on the right of your screen, you can:
- Upload an image from your computer.
- Use an image saved in the knowledge base.
- Use an image from your drive.
3. Once the image is inserted, the icon in the title of the page to be modified indicates that it is a personalized image. You can view the thumbnail on the right side of the screen.
4. Click on 'Save' to confirm.
NB:
- Make sure that you choose an image that fits the space provided on the template. Your administrator can tell you the size required.
- It is possible that the image in the selected template cannot be modified. In this case, the choice has been made by your company.
- You can return to the default image by clicking on the 'Delete' button.
Modify the text fields in the template
If your template includes custom text fields, we invite you to contact your administrator for instructions regarding them.
- For the contacts page, the fields are usually filled in the folder form and automatically included in the PDF export.
- For the table of contents, it may be possible to rename it in the word processor.
