You must be a 'Content manager' to access and modify masters for your group.
Introduction
- Instructions concern content in the word processor.
- You can set the parameters for them in the master.
- They are displayed in the document created by users from that master.
- They are only visible on the screen and are not exported to your PDF document.
Creating instructions:
From the right-hand column :
In the word processor, click on the content to which you wish to attach a instruction.
- In the right-hand column, click on the icon

- Enter the instructions in the field provided and then click on 'Save'.
From the central part of the word processor :
- In the word processor, click on the content to which you wish to attach instructions.
- In the text block toolbar, click on the icon
.
- Enter the instructions in the field provided and then click on 'Confirm'.
Modifying an information note
- In the word processor, click the content with instructions that you’d like to change
- In the right-hand column, click this icon
.
- Under the existing note, click 'Update'.
- Make any changes in the field and then click 'Save'.
Deleting an information note
- In the word processor, click the content with instructions that you’d like to delete.
- In the right-hand column, click this icon
.
- Under the existing note, click 'Delete'.
- The instructions will be permanently deleted.
Showing the instructions
To display the instructions in the word processor, you can :
Click on the icon to access the display options. Check the "Show instructions" option. They are identified by the icon
. Simply hover over the icon to see them.
Select 'Instructions' from the drop-down list that appears when you click on the icon in the right-hand column.
