How to link a layout to a master

You must be a 'Content manager' to access and modify masters for your group.

Linking graphic layouts

You can link one or more graphic layouts to your master. The linked layout(s) can be selected by users to be applied when they export their documents as PDFs.

1. Open your master.
2. On the left menu, click .
3. Tick the graphic layout(s) that users will be able to choose for the layout of their documents.
4. Click 'Save'.

Applying the default graphic layout

Once graphic layouts have been linked, you must set the default layout for this master.

1. On the left menu, click .
2. In the dropdown menu at the top of the page, select the default layout.
3. Click 'Back' to return to the master.

NB: You must do this even if you have only one layout in XaitProposal or if you have selected only one layout for this master.
