Definition of a master
Accessing and managing masters is something the “Content Manager” for a group can do.
A master is all of the content building blocks (text, images, PDF attachments, advanced tables) linked to a questionnaire. It can be considered a document “model” used to create documents that will then be customised.
The master is therefore a complete, neutral document to be customised that is associated with one or more groups. This allows users to always start from an up-to-date document (updates made by the “Content manager”). To create a document, the user needs to:
- Fill in the merge fields.
- Answer the questionnaire to select the building blocks needed.
- Customise the XX in the word processor.
