You must be a 'Content manager' to access and modify masters for your group.
Introduction
Publishing masters means making them available so that users can access them and create documents based on them. Only users belonging to the selected group will have access to the published master.
- Open the master.
- Click on the 'Publish Master' button at the top of the left column.
- A confirmation modal is displayed.
- Click 'Publish'.
- A green toast appears at the top right of the page.
Testing the master
It’s a good idea to test the master to check that the parameters for the questionnaire and layout are correct; you can do this by creating documents.
- We recommend you test a master before making it available to users.
- You can start out by linking a master to a restricted group (ADMIN, for example).
- Once you’ve published it, the master will be visible only for people in the ADMIN group to test it.
- You can create documents testing out different combinations with different answers in the questionnaire, then exporting them to a PDF to see how they come out.

NB :
- Users can continue to create documents while you are modifying a master.
- Your updates will appear in the documents made only after the updated master has been published.
