You must be a 'Content manager' to access and modify masters of your group.
1. a) In your home page, in the central panel, in My latest masters section :

- click on the 'Documents' tab
- then on 'Create a Document Master'.

1. b) or click on the icon on the left-hand panel of the home page, then on the
bottom of the masters page.
2. Enter a name for the new master, this is what will be visible to users when they are choosing a master to use for their document.
3. Enter a description (optional).
4. Decide which group(s) will be able to use this master to create documents.
5. Click 'Create' in the left-hand column.
