You must have the 'Content manager' profile to access and modify the Web masters in your group.
Publishing a Web master
Publishing a Web master means making it public so that users can create microsites based on it.
- In the left-hand column, click on 'Publish master'.
- Click on 'Publish' in the window that opens.
Users can now create microsites from this web master.
NB:
- After each modification to your master, remember to publish it so that the latest version is available to users.
- Changes made to a master are only available to new microsites created from this master. Current or past microsites will not be affected by the update.
- Only users in groups with which the master is associated will be able to use it.
Testing the web master
You should test the master by creating a microsite to check that the MCQs are correctly configured and formatted.
- We advise you to test your master before making it available to users.
- To do this, you can initially associate the master with a very restricted group (ADMIN for example).
- Once published, the master will only be visible to people in the ADMIN group for testing.
- Create microsites by testing different combinations of MCQs.

NB:
- Users can continue to create documents while you modify and test a master.
- Your updates will appear in the documents created after the master has been republished.
