Open the folder list

Select a folder.
- Select the group in which you wish to create your microsite.
- You can:
- Create a new folder > click here to read the full article: 'How do I create a folder?
- Select an existing folder > click on the folder/subfolder to which your microsite will be attached: the list of folders will refocus on this folder.
Create a microsite.
In the folder where you want to create the microsite, click on the 'Create' icon, then on 'Create a microsite'.
NB: You must be in a folder to create a microsite. The 'Create a microsite' action cannot be clicked if you are in a group. The Web product must also be activated on your account to enable you to create microsites.
Fill in the microsite form
Step 1: General document information
- Enter the name of your microsite.
- Select the source of your microsite: Master Web, Web Template or pre-existing mini-site
- Select the language used for this microsite
- You can activate the discussion module, which will be available as soon as you put the site online.
- Once you have completed all the mandatory fields, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Merge fields
All the merge fields that have been completed in the file are automatically included in the microsite form.
You can modify the merge fields if you need to. The modifications will only be taken into account for this microsite.
Once all mandatory fields have been completed, click on 'Create microsite' to validate the creation.
Answer the MCQ.
- Answer the questions.
- Questions marked with a red asterisk are compulsory.
- Click on the 'Create' button to validate the MCQ and the creation of the microsite.
