You must have Account-Manager role to act on articles by group.
XaitProposal allows you to display up to two internal communication articles on the home page, visible to users according to their reference group (parent group).
A user's parent group is their reference group by default.
If the user has access to several parent groups, the first group displayed will be their default parent group. You can, however, change the reference group:
- From the home page, access the account organization on the left panel by clicking on the 'Accounts' icon

- Click on the account whose reference group you wish to change.
- Click on the "Reference group" field. A drop-down list opens, showing all the parent groups to which, the user has access.
- Select the desired group, then save.
User will see the articles created for their reference group on their homepage.
NB: A user can only have one reference group.
If the user belongs to more than one parent group, the first group displayed in the tree of groups will be the user’s reference group by default.
