You must be an 'Account manager' to access this function.
Accessing the accounts
- Open XaitProposal.
- On the left-hand panel of the home page, click on the 'Accounts' icon
.
- You can see your organization's accounts, for your home group(s).
Exporting the list of accounts
Click on the 'Export to excel' button: the list in .xlsx format will immediately download in your browser.
Formatting the table
When the download is complete, open the file with your usual spreadsheet software (usually Microsoft Excel), then follow the steps below:
- Click on 'Enable changes' to be able to format the table.
- Click on the button at the top left of the sheet to automatically select all the cells.
- Position the mouse between two columns: the cursor should appear as a black cross.
- Double-click: the width of all columns is automatically adjusted.
- Apply the formatting of your choice (borders, headers, etc.)
Understanding the result
The table displays one row per account and lists all the information contained in the user file. It also tells you if the account is active or not (column D) and when the user last logged in (column H).
The 'Groups' column shows all the groups to which the account has access. These groups are separated by a dash (-). For the subgroups, the entire parent string is shown and a greater than symbol (>) is inserted between each pair of items.
The 'Roles' column shows all the roles of the account. Theyare separated by a dash (-).
In the example above, the account is a User, Redactor, Account Manager and Knowledge Base Manager. These roles are valid for the Jack and Demo groups, a subgroup of the Recette group.
