Once an item has been archived in the word processor, it can be restored at any time.
How to restore content?
- Click on the
.
- Click on the bubble that appears, 'See archived items'
- Archived items are displayed in stripes, in the left-hand map and in the edition tab.
4. Click on the item to be restored to display the toolbar and click on the icon.
5. The element is then displayed without stripes.
NB: If a title and its elements appear archived, the quantity of elements to be restored depends on how the title was archived and what you wish to restore:
- If you are restoring the title:
- if the "archive this title only" option had been chosen, the title alone will be restored,
- if the "archive this entire level" option had been chosen: all the elements that had been archived at the same time as the level are restored with it.
- If you are restoring an associated item:
- if the "archive this title only" option had been chosen, the item is restored alone,
- if the "archive this entire level" option had been chosen: the title is restored with the item. The elements associated with the latter are also restored.
For example, here:
- if I restore the theme title, all the associated paragraphs will also be restored.
- if I restore the first paragraph, the title that precedes it and the list that follows it will also be restored.
Once your content has been restored, we advise you to click on 'Archives' and then on 'Hide archived items' to return to normal view.
