Introduction to adding content
It is possible to 'publish' an imageor a PDF attachment in the knowledge base.
The goal is to capitalise on the content:
- for use in another document.
- to show it to your administrator in order to share it with other users or to update information.
Publishing an image or a PDF attachment in the knowledge base
In the word processor, click on the item you want to pull up to open its block.

- Click on 'Save in the knowledge base'.
- New fields are displayed, to be filled in with the information related to the uploaded content:
- The name of the content: by default, the title of the file is included, you can change it.
- The description of the content (optional).
- The tags linked to this content (optional).
- The content manager (optional, who must have a KB manager role)
- The validity dates of the content (optional, so that the manager receives an email notification to update the content) - Click on the icon
to send the image to the knowledge base
- You will see this message at the top right of your screen to confirm that the content has been added and can be used:
NB: The content is included in your personal space. If you would like to share it with other groups, check with your administrator who can make that possible.
