How to apply changes to multiple items in the Knowledge Base?

Open the Knowledge Base

1. Open XaitProposal.
2. On your left-hand panel, click on the 'Knowledge base' icon.

Apply a change to all resources

1. Display the resources in a list by clicking on  the button in the top right bar
2. Select the resources you want to change by ticking the checkbox to the left of them
3. Click on  ‘Apply to all’ at the top right of the screen to see the changes you can apply.
4. You can, for the selected items :
   - Add tags, to know more about tags, follow this link How to organize elements with tags?
   - Archive
   - Move ((change the group to which active media belong)
   - Restore, for a selection of archived media.

NB: Actions depend on the selected media.

• If active media is selected, you can add tag, move, or archive it.
• If archived media is selected, you can only restore it.
• If both active and archived media are selected, no action is possible.
