How to export my completed Excel questionnaire?

This article concerns XaitProposal's XaitRFI product. Check with your administrator that this option has been subscribed.

You can export the RFI document in spreadsheet format at any stage of your questionnaire.

1. In the left-hand menu, click on the  icon. 
2. Click on the type of workbook you wish to export: RFI Workbook
3. Click on the "Export" button. The export link in XLSX format is generated.
4. Click on the name of the Excel file symbolized by the  icon to download it to your computer.
5. The structure of the original Excel questionnaire is automatically adopted, with its formatting. The response cells, identified beforehand, are filled in with your answers.
