This article concerns the "XaitRFI" product. Please check with your administrator that you have subscribed to this product.
You can capitalize answers and their associated questions to enrich the knowledge base with new suggested answers. Suggested answers are based on a similarity algorithm for the terms used in the question title.
In your questionnaire:
As a user (Redactor role):
- Once you have completed a question, click on the button to the left of the question.
- To validate the answer, click on 'Question completed'.
- Now click on the button to the left of the answer to this question, on 'Save this answer in the knowledge base' to capitalize the answer with the associated question.
This answer is saved in your Personal Space. It will then be suggested to you when you answer new similar questions.
As an administrator (KB-Manager role):
- Format the answers who need it before clicking on 'Question completed' to the left of the associated questions.
- Once all the questions have been completed and validated, go back to the top of your notebook. You should now have all the questions in 'Completed' status.
- Go next to the title of your notebook and click on.
4. A message appears on the right-hand side of your screen stating that 'The answers have been successfully sent to the knowledge base'.
These answers will be saved in the group of your choice so that they can be used by all users in the chosen group.
NB: Answers from a Word questionnaire will never be offered in an Excel questionnaire and vice versa.
