Sometimes a mandatory questionnaire has several answer cells for each question.
For example, you need to fill in "Compliance", "Response" and "Comment".
XaitRFI allows you to apply a selection mask to identify the different answer cells:
1. Select a question, then click on
2. Select the cells corresponding to the column names one by one (e.g. Compliance, Response, Comment)
3. Select the cells corresponding to the different answers one by one.
4. Click on the 'Finish' button.
5. Select one or more questions and click on.
NB: If your Excel questionnaire has several tabs, you will need to repeat these steps to create a selection mask for each tab.
